The Goodwill Fitness Center features a complete line of premium accessible exercise equipment including an array of Cybex Total Access, and SCIFIT equipment, as well as free weights. The equipment has been designed with special features, such as seats that swing out of the way so workouts can be done from a wheelchair. The Cybex Equipment has been designed to help those with limited body control by offering foot plates and straps that keep feet anchored. Many of the machines can be adjusted for those who cannot fully straighten their legs or have limited motion in their joints. In addition, the spacious locker rooms include fully accessible showers and changing rooms. You can store your items in a locker, work out, and then get ready for the day in a fully accessible area with mirrors and appropriate counter heights.

A physical therapist is also on site to provide doctor-prescribed physical therapy. With the ultimate in accessibility built into each piece of equipment, program and class, the caliber of equipment is unparalleled-- making the Goodwill Fitness Center experience positive, motivating and of course, fun!
